Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "tg7" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to tg7.biz and all services, games, payment systems, and support functions operated under that domain.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with tg7, accesses the platform, or uses any service provided by tg7.
- "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the tg7 registration and KYC verification process.
- "Wallet" / "Account Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (₱) balance held by tg7 on behalf of the Player within their registered account.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for all real-money tg7 accounts, involving government-issued Philippine ID and age verification.
- "Real-Money Gaming" means any wagering activity on tg7 that involves Philippine Peso stakes and produces real monetary wins or losses.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or similar incentive issued to a Player by tg7 under specific terms and conditions.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority whose standards govern tg7's operating framework.
- "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity expressly forbidden under Section 9 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or using any service provided by tg7, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligibility & Registration

3.3 Account Limits
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) tg7 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If tg7 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, government ID, or other identifying data — tg7 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate account(s) and void any associated balances or bonuses.
3.4 KYC Verification
All tg7 accounts are required to complete KYC verification before real-money deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Acceptable documents for KYC include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or PhilSys National ID. tg7 may request additional documentation at any time for compliance or security purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by tg7 may result in account restriction.
Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. tg7 recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on all accounts.
- You must not share your tg7 login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your tg7 account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify tg7 support immediately via the 24/7 live chat function.
- tg7 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
- You must notify tg7 promptly of any change to your registered details, including your Philippine mobile number, email address, or payment methods.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
tg7 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Other channels may carry standard interbank processing times. tg7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method registered under the verified KYC identity of the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. tg7 may request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests at its discretion.
5.3 Withdrawal Holds
tg7 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending verification of identity, source of funds, or bonus wagering requirements. Players will be notified of any hold and the reason for it. Holds arising from responsible gaming protections (such as a pending self-exclusion request) are non-negotiable and governed by the Responsible Gaming Policy.
5.4 Currency
All tg7 account balances, bets, wins, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). tg7 does not accept or issue foreign currency. Any currency conversion fees arising from your payment method are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
Gameplay & Fair Use
All games available on the tg7 platform — including live casino games, slot machines, bingo rooms, Tongits Go, and Blackjack Multi-Hand — are operated and certified under fair-play standards. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently certified. Live dealer games are broadcast from professionally audited studios.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications interruption that affects the outcome of a game, tg7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. tg7 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including network outages or device failures on the player's side.

Bonuses & Promotions
tg7 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all tg7 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified tg7 account holders aged 21 and above. Bonuses may be restricted by geographic location, game type, or payment method used.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion expressly permits otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while an active bonus carries a remaining balance may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
- Abuse Prevention: tg7 actively monitors bonus activity. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or statistical manipulation constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of the bonus, associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.
- Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances that have not been activated or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance without notice.
Responsible Gaming
tg7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All real-money gaming on tg7 is for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.
tg7 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tg7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities where relevant:
- Registering as a player if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a jurisdiction where real-money online gaming is prohibited.
- Creating or operating more than one tg7 account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.

- Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through your registered payment method.
- Systematically exploiting bonus or promotional programs through coordinated multi-account activity, known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus arbing."
- Posting, transmitting, or otherwise communicating abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content via any tg7 communication channel, including live dealer chat.
Account Suspension & Termination
tg7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
- Receipt of a regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
- Where continuation of the account relationship would expose tg7 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Upon permanent closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not the result of a breach), tg7 will process any verified account balance to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tg7 platform — including but not limited to the tg7 name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audiovisual elements — is the property of tg7 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tg7 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any tg7 content without prior written consent from tg7.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg7 shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the tg7 platform.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
- Damages arising from interruptions in service, technical failures, or events outside tg7's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
- Any reliance placed by a player on the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content on the tg7 platform.
In all cases where tg7's liability is not excluded by law, tg7's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the verified account balance held by tg7 on behalf of that player at the time the claim arises.
Privacy & Data Protection
tg7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account with tg7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tg7 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and tg7 servers. Personal data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. Data is processed in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by tg7 customer support shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines.
Players seeking to raise a formal complaint about a tg7 game outcome, transaction, or account decision must first submit a complaint in writing to tg7's compliance team at the address listed in Section 16 below. tg7 will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
Amendments to These Terms
tg7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the tg7 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
